BOUT THE ONFIGURATION
The Configuration dialog box shows the current settings for AutoScan.
For example, the following figure shows the settings pre-selected when
you first receive your scanner. AutoScan is set to scan the item with the
configuration named Scan Document (OCR Quality) and then open
the PaperPort desktop to display the scanned image. The Format and
Page(s) option is set to scan in the PaperPort image format.
The icons next to each Configuration indicate the type of scanning:
Color Black and White
The options on the Configuration dialog box are:
Select Destination—This is the list of applications that can open to
display the scanned image. To configure the list, click the Preferences
tab at the top of the dialog box and select the desired option. See
"Setting Preferences" on page 22 for more information.
