Getting Started
To view various functions/options available or select
the one is required:
1. Press the appropriate soft key.
2. To
select the:
• function displayed
• option highlighted
view the next function or
highlight the next option
on a list
move back to the
previous function or
option on a list
move back up one level
in the structure
return to Idle Mode
In some functions, you may be asked for a
password or PIN. Enter the required code and press
the Ok soft key.

Locking or Unlocking the Keypad

You can lock the keypad to avoid pressing keys by
mistake.
To lock the keypad manually, press and hold
key in Idle Mode until "Keypad locked" appears on
the display.
To lock the keypad automatically, use the Auto key
lock option (Menu 4.3). See page 96 .
In the Key Lock Mode, you can dial emergency calls
and answer incoming call using keypad. When you
end the call, your phone returns to the Key Lock
Mode after given period time.
To exit the Key Lock Mode, press the Unlock soft
key and then press the
