    1 Overview Optical Splitter can couple, tribute and distribute optical signal in optical transmission network, Optical Splitter is important passive device in optical channel, and Optical Splitter has multi-input-port and multi-output-port. In common, M×N means one Optical Splitter has M input ports and N output ports. Main module of POS (Passive Optical Splitter) is 1×N three-window coupler with tree type, and this module is connected in series by N-1 1×2 three-window coupler.
