  • Page 3 App installation Download and install the DANALE app from the PlayStore (Android) or the AppStore (iOS). Open the app and create a DANALE user account by tapping the „Register“ button. (You can create your account using either your mobile phone number or your email address) Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your user account set up. Place your OXO 360º camera in your preferred location and connect it to the power supply using the mains adaptor and cable supplied. Please ensure your camera and smartphone are connected to the same WiFi network and use the app to add a new device by pressing the „+“ button.
  • Page 4 Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the password of your WiFi network and tap „Continue“. Please wait while the connection settings are completed. As soon as the camera is found it will appear in the devices list on-screen. Tap on „Add“. You can now assign a name to your camera from the suggestions on screen or create your own name. Tap „OK“ to exit the settings menu and return to the main menu screen. Features When opened, the main screen of the DANALE app displays the ‚live view’ transmitted by your camera. Tap on the camera image to enlarge it. You can change the viewing angle by simply swiping your finger over the live view, while pinching the screen with two fingers will enlarge or reduce the image.   • Page 5 The camera settings menu provides the following options: Turn sound/motion notifications On/Off • Rename the camera • Adjust the security settings • (sensitivity of motion or noise detection) Change device settings • (Network settings, time settings, network frequency, SD card settings, initialisation) At the bottom of the live view screen you will find the following icons: Grid View: displays images from up to four different cameras. Mute/Unmute sound recorded by the camera Display motion or noise detection alerts Activate your cloud service or view videos recorded on the memory card. At the bottom of the app screen you will find the following three icons: Take a screenshot Activate the mic to send a voice message to the camera for playback on the camera speaker To start / stop video recording (The video will be saved on your smartphone) Recording to a memory card (Scheduled recordings) The OXO 360º surveillance camera allows you to record the videos captured by your camera directly to a memory card.
  • Page 7 Please note: Memory cards should only be inserted when the camera is powered off and not connected to a power supply. Insert a micro-SD memory card with a maximum capacity of 128GB. Once inserted, reconnect the camera to a power supply. Open the DANALE app on your smartphone and tap the camera image on the main screen. Use the ‚Settings’ icon on the top right to access the device settings. Tap SD Card settings where you can now schedule a time of day to start and stop recording video to the memory card.
