Management

The Management menu allows you to select where your contacts are saved, copy
your SIM contacts to your phone, sort your contacts, delete your contacts, or check
your memory status.
View contacts
This option allows you to view all the contacts stored on the Phone or the Phone and
SIM.
Default saving
This option allows you to save new contacts to your Phone or SIM card. You can also
select the Ask on saving option before saving the new contact and the phone will
prompt you for the location.
Copy all to
This option allows you to copy all contacts from your SIM card to your phone, or all
your phone entries to your SIM card. For more information, refer to "Copying all SIM
Phonebook Entries" on page 57.
Sort by contacts
This options allows you to have your contacts sorted by first name or last name.
Note: Contacts stored to your SIM card do not have first and last names as separate fields. Therefore, they
are sorted on the first letter of the name entered in the Name field.
Delete all
This option allows you to delete your contacts. You may delete from Phone, SIM card,
or SIM card (FDN). For more information, refer to "Deleting all of the Phonebook
Entries" on page 57.
Important!: Once contact entries are deleted, they cannot be recovered.
Memory status
You can check how many names and numbers are stored in the Phonebook, in both
SIM card and the phone memory. You can also see the capacity of both memories.
Your phone memory can hold up to 1000 contacts.
