Problem
Possible cause and solution
No power to the unit
The charger is not properly
located in the socket on the
rear side of the product, or the
charger is defective.
No sound from the unit
Sound volume has been set at
the lowest value on the control
panel.
Unit unresponsive
Turn off unit and restart again
Bluetooth won't connect
External unit is not properly
connected for pairing
Bluetooth can only pair one unit at a time. If you want to
pair to another unit, you must turn off the original unit, wait
a couple of seconds and then restart the unit.
The external unit must be within 8 metres of the product to
guarantee successful pairing.
