Operating Instructions 1. Line up the grooves of the cabbage holder with the ridges in the frame of the cabbage shredder. Slide the holder onto the frame of the cabbage shredder. The holder should move easily along the length of the cabbage shredder. Keep your fingers clear from the blades as they are extrememly sharp.
