Kurzanleitung
1. Sicherheitshinweis
Es sind die bestehenden Sicherheitsvorschriften zu beachten. Nach der
Installation ist der Betreiber, durch die ausführende Installationsfi rma, in
die Funktion und Bedienung der Regelung einzuweisen. Die Bedienungs-
anleitung muss für Bedien- und Wartungspersonal an frei zugänglicher
Stelle aufbewahrt werden.
Achtung! Der Betrieb in der Nähe von Geräten, welche nicht den
EMV-Bestimmungen entsprechen kann zur Beeinfl ussung der Ge-
rätefunktionen führen.
Achtung! Öff nen Sie das b@home-Gate oder das Steckernetzteil
unter keinen Umständen.
Das Gerät darf nicht mit dem allgemeinen Hausmüll entsorgt werden.

3. Systemvoraussetzungen
• Router mit freiem Ethernet-Anschluss (LAN), die automatische IP-
Adressvergabe muss aktiviert sein (DHCP)

• Internetzugang für den Zugriff von außerhalb des Heimnetzwerkes

4. Funktion
Mit dem b@home-Gate kann jederzeit und von überall die alre Funk-Heiz-/
Kühlregelung gesteuert, überwacht oder neu programmiert werden. Das
b@home-Gate ist die Schnittstelle zwischen dem alre Funksystem und Ih-
rem Router. Sowohl neu einzurichtende alre Funk-Systeme als auch beste-
hende Anlagen können so über das
Internet oder das Heim-Netzwerk
gesteuert werden. Die Bedienung
erfolgt mit der b@home-App (iOS/
Android) oder mit dem b@home-Por-
tal über Webbrowser auf Notebook/
PC. Ein Minimalsystem mit dem b@
home-Gate muss mindestens einen
Funk-Raumtemperaturfühler (auch
Sender oder Sensor) und einen
Funk-Raumtemperaturregler (auch
Empfänger oder Aktor) sowie einen
Router mit einem freien Ethernet-
Anschluss (LAN) enthalten. Mit einem
b@home-Gate können bis zu 32 Räume bzw. Heiz-/Kühlzonen überwacht
und gesteuert werden. Weitere b@home-Gates können bei Bedarf im glei-
chen Netzwerk betrieben werden (siehe 6. Montage/Anschluss).

Quick Start Guide

1. Safety note

Any existing safety regulations must be observed. After installation, the
operator is to be instructed on the function and operation of the control
system by the installation company. The operating instructions must be
kept in an accessible location for operating and maintenance personnel.
Warning! Operation within the proximity of devices which do not
meet EMC directives may aff ect the device functions.
Warning! Do not open the b@home gate or the plug-in power sup-
ply under any circumstances.
The device may not be disposed of with general household waste.

4. Function

Using the b@home gate system, it is possible to control, monitor or re-
programme heating/cooling appliances at any time and from any location.
The b@home gate serves as an interface between the alre wireless system
and your router. Both the new alre radio-system to be programmed as well
heating/cooling zones can be monitored and controlled using a b@home
gate. Other b@home gates can be operated within the same network if
required (see Point 6 Installation/Connection).
