It is aimed at persons involved in the installation, use and maintenance of the equipment. Before carrying out any operation, please read carefully these instructions. On the base there are four tempered glass that surround the flame. All materials of RUBINO and DIAMANTE that get in contact with weather effects were treated with additional protections in order to avoid corrosion and to extent the durability.Finally, both the heaters are fitted with an internal collecting drawer underlying the brazier. -
Page 9: Assembly And Installation
ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION For the assembly of the model RUBINO, please attend the following instructions Remove the packaging and detach the base element, the metallic sheating and - in particular carefully - the glass tube. Splice the metallic sheating with the base element using the 4 screws supplied. - Page 10 Afterwards, splice the stainless steel element and the roof using the 8 screws supplied. Introduce carefully the glass tube in the metallic sheating, holding it skewed. It first has to be introduced in the aperture of the abordering above and then has to be deposited on the base element.
- Page 11 For the assembly of the model DIAMANTE please attend the following instructions Remove the packaging and detach the base element, the four tempered glasses and the pack with the 8 metal supports to be used for housing the glasses. Insert the eight metal supports in the holes tha are at the top of the heater fixing them the screws given Insert each of the four tempered glasses in the holders, tightening the locking screws.

Page 12: Functioning Of The Heater
It will be necessary to wait for 10 minutes before that the flame starts to come out from the glass tube (mod. RUBINO) or inside the area surrounded by the glasses (DIAMANTE). Do not open the door of the base element during the combustion. -
Page 13: How To Load, Fire Up, Unload And Reload The Heater
Reinsert the burner inside the base of the Heater and lock the door. Put the key in a safe place; It will be necessary to wait for 10 minutes before that the flame starts to come out from the glass tube (mod. RUBINO) or inside the area surrounded by the glasses (DIAMANTE). page 09... - Page 14 Throughout the combustion do not open the door of the base. It is recommended to make the heater works for the entire duration of the pellet combustion. The suggested pellet quantity is roughly calculated because the Heater filled with a few quantity of pellet produces an higher flame because there is more air inside the burner, but the duration will be shorter.

Every 2/3 usage of the Heater, it is recommended a lubrication of the burner’ sliding guides, to avoid the malfunction of the system. Glass tube cleaning (mod. RUBINO): it makes sure that there isn’t flame and the Heater is cold and off;... - Page 16 TROUBLE TROUBLE POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION Check that the used ecological igniter has not been switched off, if it is so to add Pyrolysis has not started more of it so that its quantity is adequate correctly and turn it on again making sure that its combustion is well started before closing everything.
