When Automatic Installation is failed
How to Install - Download the driver from the official website
❶
Visit our o cial website www.tamio.com.tw
and click [Download] on the Support page.
❷
Select the product model you purchased, click
the version [Windows] or [MacOS] to download.
How to Install - Automatic Installation
❶
Insert the Wireless USB Adapter into an available
USB port of your computer.
Notice:
Power supply may insu cient or cannot be used in
most of the USB port that positioned in the front
panel of computer , we recommend to use the USB
extension cable to connect the USB port behind
the computer. (Optional USB extension cable sold
separately.)

Files downloaded from the website need to be
decompressed before using.

Execute the "setup.exe" program.
❺
Restart your computer after the installation is
completed.
❷
Wait for the driver to install automatically.
❸
You can nd the wireless icon at the bottom of
the desktop after driver installed successfully.
Installation Confirm
The following installation operates under Windows 10. You can follow the steps to make sure the driver
installation successfully.
Wireless USB Adapter Location: "Control Panel" → "Hardware & Sound" → "Device Manager" → "Network
Adapters", such as "Realtek 8188EU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB2.0 Network Adapter".
If there is no exclamation mark shown on, then the installation has been completed successfully. Otherwise,
please re-install the driver again.
When Automatic Installation is failed
How to Install - CD driver
❶
Connect your Wireless USB Adapter to your
computer USB port.
❷ Turn on the computer and insert the tamio CD
driver into the CD-ROM.
When the autorun screen appears, click "Driver
Install" and follow the instructions to nish the
installation.
Tips:
If you're not sure which one is your wireless adapter,
try to unplug the Wireless USB Adapter, the
disappeared one on "Network adapter" list will be
your wireless adapter.
