Personal safety Before you start using the equipment, you should consult your physician that this type of exer- cise is suitable for you from a health perspective. Particularly affected are persons who: have a hereditary disposition to high blood pressure or heart disease, are over the age of 45, smoke, have high cholesterol values, are overweight and/or have not exercised regularly in the past year. -

Set-up place The equipment should only be used indoors, in a sufficiently heated and dry area (ambient tem- perature between 10°C and 35°C). The equipment should not be used outdoors or in rooms with high humidity (over 70%) like swimming pools. The equipment should only be stored in surroun- dings with an ambient temperature between 5°C and 45°C. -

Please contact your contract partner in such a case. The equipment should no longer be used until it has been repaired. When needed, only use original cardiostrong® spare parts. Check the tightness of all screw connections once a month. -

- Page 16 Assembly of the holding rod (optional): The holding rod is height-adjustable. Adjust the holding rod according to your own body height. Do not put your whole body weight on the holding rod as this can cause the trampoline to tip over.
- Page 17 Disassembly of the trampoline: To disassemble the trampoline again, please carry out the steps 1 to 5 in reverse order. Transport: To move the trampoline simply lift it up with both of your hands. Please note that the trampoline needs to be aligned horizontally. Then put it down at the desired location. Ownership of equipment or parts of equipment which have been replaced is transferred to us. The warranty period is not extended nor does a new warranty period begin following repair or replacement under the warranty.
