HOW TO GET STARTED WITH PROPELLA! 
Model: 2.2 
 
IMPORTANT​ : Read the ​ B attery Safety Tips​ to ensure safe and proper use of your E-Bike battery. This 
document is included in the User Guide and also available online at: ​

CHECK BATTERY LOCK AND STATUS 
 
Press and hold the round button on top of the battery to check the battery level. When all four LED 
lights turn on, the battery is fully charged.  
 
WARNING: Ensure the battery is installed and locked prior to riding. An unlocked battery may 
result in damage to the battery and injury. 
 
To lock the battery​ : place the key in the slot and turn clockwise.  
 
To unlock the battery​ : turn the key counter-clockwise, and slide the battery forward as illustrated 
below. 
 
Note:​ Extra keys are included in your package. 
 
 
 
  
Safety Tip: Remove the battery when the bike is mounted on a bus or car bike rack.
