The E-Z Lock Cap can be removed during operation to add additional ingredients or to insert the Tamper. The E-Z Lock Cap should only be removed at speed #1. Always replace Cap when you are finished inserting Tamper or additional ingredients.

Once plugged in and ON/OFF button is pushed, ON/OFF lamp turns red and LCD display turns on to show you have assembled the blender properly.

After assembling and plugging in the blender, you have to push ON/OFF button, then ON/OFF lamp turns red and LCD display turns on to show you have assembled the blender properly. 2.
