If the Revitive Medic unit is not charging, it could be due to either a faulty charging cord or the unit itself. To check, try using a new power cord with your device at a local stockist or contact Customer Service.

The Revitive Medic requires a power source of 100-240V AC, 50/60Hz, 0.18A input, and uses an adaptor with a 5V DC, 1.0A output. Therefore, the power cord should be compatible with these specifications.
