IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS WARNING Do not use this product in a control system that requires a high degree of safety and reliability. In such a system,this product could negatively affect other electronic devices and could malfunction due to the effect of those devices. Turn the power off in areas where use of electronic devices is prohibited. On board an aircraft or in any other location where use of electronic devices is prohibited,this product,if left on,could negatively affect other electronic devices.Unplug the USB connector from this product and turn the power off. Do not use this product in a location frequented by little children. Make sure that a child does not put the pen or pen tip in his/her mouth. The pen tip or side switch cover could be detached and be accidentally swallowed. CAUTION Do not place this product on an unstable surface. Placing this product or an unstable or tilted surface or in a location exposed to excessive vibrations could cause it to fall off resulting in injury. - Page 3 Do not place heavy objects on top of this product. Do not step or place heavy objects on this product as this could damage it. WARNING Avoid high or low-temperature locations for storage. Do not store this product in a location where the temperature drops below 5℃ or goes above 40℃and in locations subject to excessive temperature fluctuations. Do not strike the pen against hard objects. Striking the pen against hard object could damage it. Do not handle the pen with soiled hands. The pen is a high-precision instrument. Handling it with soiled hands or using it in locations exposed to dust or strong odors may cause the entry of foreign matter which will result in breakdown. Limitation of Liability VEIKK shall in no event be liable for damages resulting from fires or earthquakes, those caused by third parties and those arising from user misuse, abuse or neglect. VEIKK shall in no event be liable for incidental damages-including but not limited to loss of business income, interruption of business activities, corruption or loss of data-that arise out of the use or failure to use this product. VEIKK shall in no event be liable for damages resulting from uses not documented in this manual. 1.General Information 1.1Overview Welcome to the VEIKK! This user manual will help you setup the VK1560 and install the driver. 1.4 Display Connection Note 1: We recommend you insert the VEIKK USB cable to the host USB port of your computer. You may use a USB hub with an attached external power supply to adequately power your VEIKK if needed. Note 2: Make sure your computer supports multiple monitors. Check if your computer has extra HDMI ports.If your computer has an independent video card, please use the HDMI ports there. Note 3: If there isn’t any input signal, it means the tablet doesn’t receive HDMI video input. Please reconnect the HDMI cable, or change another HDMI cable or change another computer to have a try. -

1. Before installing driver, please uninstall all tablet drivers from your computer, and keep all antivirus program closed 2. Connect the tablet to your computer before installation 3. Please download updated driver from www.veikk.com 4. Unzip downloaded file to desktop, open the new unzipped folder 5. Click VK TabletDriver.exe and follow onscreen instructions... - Page 9 6. After installation then restart your computer.

2. In Multiple Displays dropdown, change to [Extend these Displays] 3. If your computer is equipped with more than one monitor, your VK1560 pen display will map to the monitors based on how they are configured in the DISPLAY PROPERTIES control panel. -

Note: Under the Duplicate display mode of the Multiple Display function, the display resolution of your monitor must be set to the same resolution as your VK1560. Otherwise, your pen cursor will be misplaced on the screen. For VK1560, please make sure the other monitor resolution is set to 1920x1080. -

2.VK1560 Pen Display Configuration 2.1 Pen: 2.1.1 Pen Function Settings You may customize the functions of your tablet pen’s barrel buttons here. Use the “Function Key” option to program custom keystrokes. 2.1.2 Current Pen Pressure Current Pen Pressure shows the current pressure level being exerted on your tablet and can be used to test pen pressure. -

2.1.3 Click Sensitivity You can adjust pen pressure to “Output” or “Press” sensitivity on here. 2.2 Mapping Define the tablet area that will be mapped to the screen area. 2.2.1 Monitor Setting Here you can adjust the monitor colour temperature and parameter. - Page 14 2.2.2 Rotate It can freely rotate the pen display, and satisfy left hand users .
- Page 15 If working in Extended Display, choose which monitor you want your VK1560 pen display to track with. Most likely, you will want it to track with the VK1560 display.To learn which monitor is Monitor 1 and which is Monitor 2, Please go to Start > Settings > Display and click Identify.

Note: Software keystrokes are based on English input methods. If not already, set to English when using Hotkeys on your VK1560 pen display. Note: Most creative software will not accept keystroke inputs when you P68 is still in use or when your P68 is still within the detectable cursor range. To avoid invalid keystroke actions, hold the pen away from the screen before pressing your Fast Access button. - Page 17 2.3.2 Dial You can define 5 functions to the Dial. Tap on Dial button to select the function you would like to use. To switch between functions, press down on the edge of the Dial. You will see the function name briefly at the bottom of the screen when switched.

2.4 About Us Check for updating: If you want to install the newest driver, click ”Check for updating ”,if there is no response, that means the driver you installed is the newest ;if you find newest driver in the list, you just need to update. - Page 19 Diagnostic Tools: Check for missing key files Mac: Note:Driver settings in Mac system are the same in Windows system. Once completed, the digital pen should be in control ofthe cursor, and activated for configuration on the pressure test area. 2.How do I update my software to the newest driver? Please visit the VEIKK website to download the current updated driver version: http://www.veikk.com/download 3.How to uninstall driver? Windows: Run ‘Control pannel-----Run ‘program’-----choose’VKTabletDriver’----follow the unload tips until unloading is finished. - Page 21 If the first method do not uninstall the driver completely, please (2) Open’Finder’-----’Application’-----’Pen tablet Setting’ please delete the file directly. Then confirm if you completely remove previous drivers Windows: Go to the “File explorer”, choice device C----windows----systerm32, type the “wintab32.dll” on the right top side bar and click enter to search. If you can find the files, please delete all of them.
