CHAPTER 8 - TODO LIST

Tap this icon to activate and view the ToDo list. This application allows you to keep track of
important tasks.
To switch from the ToDo list view to details of an individual record:
1.
Tap the corresponding record in the list.
The ToDo record consists of:
1.
Status of the task: Done/Pending
2.
Due Date
3.
The details of the task
4.
Priority ranking from 1 to 5
(The left column shows if the task is done
the third contains details of the tasks and the fourth contains the priority).
To change the sorting order for the ToDo list:
Tap Due to sort by due date.
Tap P to sort by the list priority.

CREATING, EDITING AND DELETING TODO RECORDS

Follow the procedures used in creating, editing and deleting records.
To use the Search option:
1.
Tap
to Search for a record.
2.
Enter the date or desired text to search in the corresponding field.
3.
Tap the desired record in the Search Result List.
