    QoS configuration. This document; the QoS Configuration Guide will step you through the procedure for configuring Internet access on the Adtran 3120/3130 router. Setting up the router is a four step process: 1. Creating an Access Control List (ACL) 2.

    Create UDP 5060 Signaling ACL From “Data” in the left column, select “Firewall / ACLs”. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Configure ACLs”.
