My Rio Shower Spa has developed a leak around where the hand held wand attaches to the bottom of the panel. The nut just goes around and around. Does the whole unit have to be taken down to tighten from the inside?

To fix a leak around the handheld wand attachment on a Pulse ShowerSpa 1049B-BN, follow these steps:

1. Turn off the water supply to the ShowerSpa.
2. Check the connection between the hose and the handheld wand. Use an adjustable wrench to gently tighten if it’s loose.
3. Inspect the rubber washer inside the fitting. If it’s damaged or missing, replace it with a new washer.
4. Clean any debris from the threads and reattach the hose securely.
5. Turn water back on and check for leaks.

If the leak continues, the hose or handheld wand may be cracked and need replacement.
