Step 2 Remove 2 screws. (side fan unit)
Step 3 Detach fan units. (CN5704 & CN5714)
· Disassembly of AC-Inlet P.C.B.
Step 4 Release the tab.
Step 5 Remove AC-Inlet P.C.B. from connector. (CN5711)
Step 6 Detach FFC cables from the connectors. (CN2001,
CN2008, CN2012 & CS901)
Step 7 Remove 3 screws (Main P.C.B.)
Step 8 Remove Main P.C.B. & Tuner Extent P.C.B.

(IC5000)
· Follow (Step 1) to (Step 3) of Item 10.3.
· Follow (Step 1) to (Step 5) of Item 10.4.
· Follow (Step 1) to (Step 4) of Item 10.5.
· Follow (Step 1) to (Step 8) of Item 10.13.
· Disassembly of digital amp IC (IC5000).
Step 1 Desolder all the pins of the digital amp IC (IC5000) .
Step 2 Release the claws.
Step 3 Remove the Heat Sink A from Main P.C.B.
Step 4 Release the heat sink clip in the direction of the arrows.
Step 5 Remove the digital amp IC (IC5000).
Note: For disassembly IC5200 & IC5300, repeat the(Step 1) to
(Step 5). Refer to the diagrams of Main P.C.B. (Section 20.2)
for location of the parts.
