Debugging and Notes 1. Make sure the temperature sensor cable of the nozzle is in the correct position, as shown in Figure as below:... - Page 17 2. Make sure the connection of cables are in normal state. Then debug if position function of the limit stopper is normal, in particular pay attention to the debugging of Z-axis’ limit stopper. Click Function Key to choose Prepare, then choose Auto home and click confirm to check each stopper.

Cleaning nozzle The printing head have to be cleaned after the printer is used for a period of time. Dismantle the printing head, remove the fan and the step motor, as well as the black block at the feeding port on the motor, you will see the extruding gear of the nozzle, clean the material in the extruding gear will be ok, then install these parts... - Page 26 on the same parallel line. 4.2 Abnormal temperature display 0-1024. Check if the thermocouple is correctly connected. If so, change the thermocouple. 4.3 Temperature display is N/A. Check if the thermocouple is correctly connected.
