Death or serious injury can result if this machine is used improperly. Safety Guidelines Eye and ear protection must be worn at all times while the TS-14 is in use. During normal operation, sound pressure levels less than 85dBA. Use only ANSI approved safety glasses to help prevent eye injury.
The TS-14 may be used on concrete and/or wood surfaces and operates on standard household current. Do not use the TS-14 for any purpose other than that for which it was designed. Do not modify the machine.
Loosen but do not remove the bolts shown in (Figure 6) from the bottom side of the striker plate. • Inspect the new EDCO blade and observe blade angle as in (Figures 4 & 5) above. • Carefully slide the old blade out and replace with the new EDCO blade or rotate blade if changing surfaces.
TS-14-I-0714 E-SPTS-I-0809 EQUIPMENT DEVELOPMENT CO., INC. Machine Operation: • Make sure the power switch on the machine is in the OFF position before proceding. Plug the machine into an electrical outlet. The blade drive starts as soon as the machine is switched on by pressing the black button.
Lubricate the wheel bearings from time to time with an occasional drop or two of light oil to prevent binding. • Keep the TS-14 clean. • Be sure the safety decals are readable and properly maintained on the machine. Quick Reference...
