1. Introduction 1.1 Description The RollPCI is a network interface card enabling connection between a PC workstation and the RollNet high-speed 75 ohm co-axial network. The network connection, made with RG-62/u cable via BNC T-connectors, supports data rates up to 2.5Mbps. BNC-style 75 ohm terminators must be fitted at either end of a bus.
Identify the PCI slot where the RollPCI card is to be fitted. Remove the cover and retaining screw from behind the slot. Position the RollPCI card over the slot and carefully insert the card until it is fully seated. Secure the bracket of the RollPCI card by refitting the retaining screw.

Device Driver Installation 3. Device Driver Installation Before using RollPCI in conjunction with RollNet IP Share, the relevant device drivers must be installed. The drivers are copied to the hard drive during installation of Rollcall Suite. The procedure for installing the device drivers is different depending on the version of Windows used.

After a few seconds the wizard will have installed the driver. Select Close.
