Note: For use on the XL H1, Canon's "Adapter Holder" must first be installed. Remove "Support Bars" from the
"Adapter Holder". See XL-H1 instruction manual for further details.
For use on the XL 1 or XL 2, Canon's MA-100 or MA-200 (microphone kits) must first be installed.

Installation Instructions
This special Anton/Bauer Gold Mount bracket allows
®
you to use your existing Logic Series batteries to
power a smaller lower voltage 6 / 7.2 volt camera.
An internal DC to DC converter brings down the
voltage of a 14.4 volt battery to 7.2 volts in order to
power the camera. This is automatic. At the same
time, the 14.4 volts is still applied to the PowerTap
connector of the Gold Mount allowing you to power
®
an Ultralight , Ultralight 2, or any other piece of
equipment which is powered from a 12 volt DC
source (10 amp maximum draw).
Attach the QR-XLH to the camcorder as shown in
the drawing. Use the three (3) screws provided to
attach at the base; and for use on XL-H1 there are two
Canon XL H1
Camcorder (2) additional screws provided for securing the QR-
XLH to the Canon "Adapter Holder" at the top. Snap
the "dummy" battery into the battery compartment.
