Why won't my Intelisonic toothbrush charge?

The DentistRx InteliSonic toothbrush may not charge for the following reasons:
1. It has not been allowed to charge long enough before initial use or after being unused for more than two months.
2. The toothbrush is not placed correctly in the charger.
3. The power cord is not plugged in.

To resolve the issue, ensure the toothbrush is properly placed in the charger and charge it for at least 24 hours. Also, check that the power cord is securely plugged in.

The DentistRx InteliSonic toothbrush may not be completing all 4 cycles despite being fully charged due to excessive pressure being applied while brushing. The manual suggests using lighter pressure to ensure proper operation.
