1 Open the case To open the case, you need to screw out 7 screws. The 7 screws are shown in Figure 1 to 3. Figure 3: Case - Bottom side Figure 2: Case – Left side Figure 1: Case – Right side Pull out the front to open the case.
2 Unplug the CPU board The CPU board is held with two screws. To remove the CPU board, you need to screw out both screws. Figure 4: CPU Board The board can be moved upward with some force. Attention! The old version of the board has 2 washers on each of the both screws.
4 CC2 replacement ℃ Desolder a capacitor CC2 and solder a new LPS Series 470uF/16 V 105 8x11 JACKCON Electrolytic Capacitor (P/N: LPS471M16V811). Figure 6: IO Board Figure 7: IO Board - Zoom in Assemble the unit in reverse order.
