3. INSTALLATION MONTAGE PCD-201, -202 and –203 has cardboard packing as shown in fig. PCD-201, -202 und -203 hat Kartonverpackung laut Abb. Sizes PCD-204 and -205 are delivered in wooden crates (turnable packing). In transport packing the air coolers are fixed from their ceiling supports into the pallet. At site the packing is turned from transport position into lifting position, the fixing screws of the ceiling supports are released from the packing, and the crate is lifted away. -

The defrost system is controlled by a clock (L). The defrost time set in the clock shall be shorter than the defrost period. Closing of defrost clock points regulates the contactor (K 1), which stops the compressor and the fans and switches on the defrost heaters (R). -

6. ADDITIONAL REMARKS ANMERKNINGAR NOTE ! Venting/draining valve of PCDG standard liquid circulated air coolers are not adapted for refrigerant based on potassium formiate; DANGER OF LEAKAGE! When using a refrigerant which is based on potassium formiate, it has to be checked from the documents if the heat transfer section’s piping system and the venting/draining valves are adapted for the refrigerant. - Page 8 B. SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS WARTUNGSANLEITUNGEN Troublefree operation of Polar Cat Duo dual discharge air coolers requires regular service.
