Download and launch the Wink app on
your mobile device.
2 Use the provided screwdriver to open
the sensor's battery compartment. Install
batteries, leaving the compartment open.
3 Connect Refuel by following instructions
on the Wink app. If the house icon is not
blinking orange, reinstall the batteries to
reset it.
4 Once connected, tighten screws to close
battery compartment. Carefully place
propane tank on Refuel's base within your
grill cabinet and attach its sensor to the
grill or tank.

You will get a notification on the Wink app
when it's time to change to new batteries.
2 Use the provided screwdriver to open the
sensor's battery compartment.
3 Replace batteries while verifying the
+ and – indicators are aligned with
corresponding symbols within
the compartment.
4 Once batteries are properly installed,
use provided screwdriver to secure
compartment.

Once connected, use the Wink app to
obtain Refuel status information.
2 Tap sensor to display propane level when
your mobile device isn't handy.
A fully green gauge
A fully red gauge indicates
indicates a full* tank
a near empty tank
* Measurement for full tank will be confirmed by
user when putting a newly filled tank on the unit.

tROubleShOOtiNG

If a Wi-Fi® connection is unavailable,
Refuel will store the data and update the
Wink app once the network is restored.
If you do not receive push notifications on
your mobile device as you have specified
in the Wink app, please check that
notifications are turned on for Wink app in
your mobile device's notification settings.

• dO NOt submerge Refuel in water.
• dO NOt wash Refuel in a dishwasher.
• dO NOt immerse batteries in water.
• dO NOt dispose of batteries in fire as they
may explode.
• dO NOt attempt to disassemble, alter, or apply
heat to the batteries.
• Batteries may leak harmful liquids or ignitable
materials, or explode, causing injury and
product damage.
• Do not mix old and new batteries or other
battery types.
• Replace all batteries at the same time.
• Replace exhausted batteries immediately.
• Remove batteries if the product is unused for an
extended period of time.
• Use the manufacturer recommended AA batteries.
• Safely dispose of batteries with your normal
household waste. We urge you to recycle
whenever possible.
• Use care to avoid dropping Refuel or subjecting it
to severe impact, which could damage the product.
• Clean product with a damp soft cloth.
• When replacing batteries, use a dry soft cloth to
clean the battery compartment.
• Installing batteries improperly may result in
damage to Refuel's hardware.
• Store indoors when not grilling for extended
periods of time.
• Keep unit free of dirt and debris.
• Avoid unit from being buried in snow.
