    Assembly Instruction L1*8 L2*8 L16*1 STEP: 1 Attach the Front and Rear Stabilizers (N and R) to the Main Frame (S) using 8 Allen Bolts (L1) and 8 Flat Washers (L2), tighten and secure using Allen Wrench (L16).
  • Page 11 Assembly Instruction L16*1 STEP: 2 Connect the Computer Middle Wire (M2) from the Front Post (M) to the wire from the Main Frame (S) then attach Front Post (M) to the Main Frame (S) connecting piece, ensure that screw holes of the Front Post (M) face outward. To secure the Front Post (M) to the Main Frame (S), insert the Allen Wrench (L16) through each hole of the Front Post (M) and turn Allen Bolts (S2) counter-clockwise as shown in the diagram above.

L17*1 STEP: 3 Insert the Cross Bar (J) through the front post shaft sleeve, ensure that the Cross Bar (J) is symmetrical on both sides in order to fit Wave Washers (L3), Lower Swing Bars (K/L) and (K/R), Flat Washers (L4) and Allen Bolts (L1).

Next fix 1 Pedal Bushing (L8), 1 Flat Washer (L9), 1 Spring Washers (L10) and 1 Allen bolt (L1) to the Left Crank Arm, tighten using Allen Wrench (L16).

Insert the Right Handlebar (B) into the top of the Right Lower Swing Bar (K/R), fix using 2 Carriage Nuts (L14) and 2 Allen Screws (L15), tighten using Allen Wrench (L19).
  • Page 15 Assembly Instruction L1 L10 L2 L1*2 L2*2 L10*2 L16*1 STEP: 6 Insert the Hand Pulse Wires (C6) from the Handlebar (C) through the middle hole on the Front Post (M) and pull them out through the top of the Front Post (M). Attach the Handlebar (C) onto the Front Post (M), fix using 2 Flat Washers (L2), 2 Spring Washers (L10) and 2 Allen Bolts (L1), tighten using Allen Wrench (L16).
  • Page 16 Assembly Instruction L16*1 STEP: 7 Connect the Hand Pulse Wires (C6) coming from the Front Post (M) to the pulse wires on the back of the Computer (D1). Insert the Computer Middle Wire (M2) coming from the Front Post (M) into the connection terminal located on the back of Computer (D1).

    Exercise Instruction A good exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool down. Do the entire program at least two to three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several months you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week.

Repeat this action with your left arm. QUADRICEPS STRETCH With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up.

    Computer Instruction POWER ON Plug in power supply, computer will power on and display all segments on LCD for 2 seconds. After 4 minutes without pedaling or pulse input, console will enter into power saving mode. Pressing any key may wake the Console up.

After completing an exercise hold the pulse receives located on the handlebar, press the Pulse Recovery button to activate the Pulse Recovery Function. All functions will stop, only the PULSE and TIME will be active. The TIME will begin count down from 0:60 seconds, when the TIME reaches 0:00 the computer will display your Pulse Recovery reading from F1.0 to F6.0.
