FUNCTION

1. The switch on the back of the Thermometer/Timer is to choose between COOK (Thermometer
mode) and TIMER (Timer mode).
2. The second switch on the back of the Thermometer/Timer is to power ON and Power Off.
3. On the touch LCD screen face there are three touch screen keys: " M|M " "S|T" "S|S".
4. Temperature reading defaults to °C press and hold "S|T" for 2 seconds switch to change to °F.
