Download & install OBDLink app
Scan the QR code or visit the URL from your Android
device to download the OBDLink app:

Plug OBDLink LX into the diagnostic link

The DLC is usually found on the driver's side, under
the dash.

Turn ignition on

'Power' LED will turn ON, and the 'BT' LED will start
flashing slowly.
—LEDs are off? Check vehicle for blown fuses.
Open 'Settings' app, and

tap 'Wireless & networks'
Make sure 'Bluetooth' is enabled, then

tap 'Bluetooth settings'.

Press the 'Connect' button on OBDLink LX.

Tap 'Scan for devices', and wait for

OBDLink LX to appear on the device list.

Tap 'OBDLink LX - Pair with this device'
