    If one Arlo Security Light is in a dark area and another Arlo Security Light is in a bright area, only the light in the dark area turns on. You can receive motion detection alerts even if the light does not turn on.

Arlo’s motion sensor is much more sensitive to side-to-side movement across its field of view than to movement directly toward or away from the light.     You can expand your security light system to use more than one bridge. For example, if you have a large home, you might want one bridge for the lights in the front and another bridge for the lights in your backyard.

    Arlo Security Light LEDs Your Arlo Security Light includes four LEDs that can change color. When you pair your security light to the bridge, these LEDs change color and might flash or blink. See the following table for explanations of the LEDs.

    An Arlo Security Light is offline To find out if your light is offline, launch the Arlo app and view the status of the light on the Devices page. If your light is offline, it might not be communicating with your Arlo Bridge.
