5 Troubleshooting

1) In the event of abnormal conditions (smells), please shut off the main power supply immediately and
then contact the service center; otherwise the continuous abnormal running may damage the air conditioning
unit and also could cause electric shock or fire hazard etc.
2) Do not repair the air conditioning personally. Contact professionally skilled personnel. Incorrect repair
could cause electric shock or fire hazard etc.
Check before Contacting Service Center.
Check Items
Has the unit been mounted firmly?
Have you performed the gas leakage test?
Did you provide proper thermal insulation? It may cause condensation and dripping.
Does the unit drain well?
Is the voltage in accordance with the
rated voltage specified on the nameplate?
Is the electric wiring and piping
connection installed correctly and
securely?
Has the unit been grounded securely?
Is the power cord specified?
Has the inlet and outlet been blocked?
NOTICE!
If the air conditioner still runs abnormally after the above checks,
appointed service center and give a description of the error as well as the model of the unit.
