What is Dosh? allpay Dosh is a quick, cost effective system for the payment of meals in schools and colleges. allpay Dosh provides pupils with the ease of paying for their meals without cash changing hands, either at the EPoS (Electronic Point of Sale) till or within the premises. This results in faster transaction processing and reduced queuing times whilst removing risks associated with cash handling.

6.1.3 Assign Parent / Guardian Swipecard To allow account holders to top up their Dosh accounts, a swipecard is required. Each swipecard will carry a unique 19-digit number that will link to their account. 8. To void the transaction and refund the account, select Void Transaction. To modify the quantity of a product, select the buttons in the appropriate product row and Save. Finally to add additional products to the transaction, select Add Items and choose from the product selection followed by Save.
For authorised users only, the Reports button located within the main menu screen allows the interrogation of data stored on the allpay Dosh system. The reporting function contains a number of report templates to allow rapid access to information. These can be used for reconciliation, query resolution or just for information only.
8.3.1 Current Balances Using the current balances report, it is possible to view the account balance status across all pupils in the allpay Dosh system. This report does not require the user to specify a date range. 8.3.2 Transactions Upon specifying a specific data range, it is possible to view a comprehensive list of transactions between those dates.
The report will also display a grand total. 8.3.5 Payment Types The EPoS till can process a transaction using a registered allpay Dosh account, cash or an emergency meal. The payment types report details a high level summary of all 3 transaction types including the total value and quantity of stock sold.
