Intended Use The Ironton 182-LED Solar-Powered Motion Security Light delivers 1000 lumens of brilliant illumination and flexibility. This easy-to-install light requires no electricity and features three adjustable heads, allowing customized illumination to cover one area or multiple areas at the same time. Motion activation automatically triggers the light when movement is detected within 40 feet.
Be aware of all power lines, electrical circuits, water pipes, and other mechanical hazards in your work area. Some of these hazards may be hidden from your view and may cause personal injury and/or property damage if contacted. ⚠WARNING PERSONAL SAFETY ...
Make sure this is clear of obstacles such as cables and electric lines. Secure lamp to the wall with screws provided. Carefully route the wire from the solar panel to the lamp and plug it into the battery housing input.
A regular visual inspection is recommended. Ensure the solar panel is free from debris and in a location where it will receive several hours of sunlight each day. Ensure the light is facing the desired direction and that there are no nearby alternate light sources that may interfere with the motion sensor.
Maintenance Maintain the light by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance with the following recommended procedures Maintenance Interval Maintenance Point Allow the solar panel to charge the light for two sunny days. Observe the solar panel once installed for one day. Ensure that it is not shaded at any time during daylight.
