My Modal opener has been charging for several days. The blue lights are on. But nothing happens when I try to use it. I push the buttons. Nothing happens. Nothing. What can I do to fix this situation?

If your Modal MD-WORCSS6 electric wine opener is fully charged but not responding when you push the buttons, try the following steps:

1. Check the Charge: Ensure the opener has been charged for at least 10-11 hours (or 16 hours for the first charge). The LED should turn on during charging.
2. Confirm Proper Use: Make sure you are pressing the correct button—"Extract" to remove the cork and "Release" to eject it.
3. Reset the Device: If the opener is unresponsive, try disconnecting it from power, waiting a few minutes, and then trying again.
4. Inspect for Obstructions: Ensure there are no cork fragments or debris blocking the corkscrew mechanism.
5. Avoid Environmental Interference: Keep the device away from extreme conditions such as moisture or explosive fumes, as per the safety instructions.
