Features and Use
This product keeps food and drinks either warm or cold. It has a both a 110V/220V AC and 12V
DC power cable built-in, so it can be used in cars as well as indoors. It is not intended to change
the temperature of any food, but rather maintain the temperature of food. This appliance uses
an energy efficient semi-conductor to enable its dual cooling and warming functionality.

• Heats to 130 Degrees F

Operating Instructions
1. Ensure Power Switch is set to the OFF position in the center of the switch.
2. Choose either the 110V/220V AC plug or the 12V DC car adapter, and plug it into a
power source.
3. Select Temperature
a. Set switch to COLD and the indicator light will turn green. Set the switch to HOT
and the indicator light will turn red.

I have a Knox model KN-CCW34Q that I bought about 10 years ago. It is still running but doesn’t get as cold as it used to. I noticed a build up of dust in the cooling fan. How do I clean the dust buildup out of the fan? The unit does not appear that it can be opened.
