    Troubleshooting 4.1 ON/OFF of Hardware Flow control Promi SD101 of version v2g & v2h are designed to use CTS/RTS for handshaking. For equipment which is not using Hardware flow control for serial communications, Promi SD101’s firmware should be set to turn OFF hardware flow control (CTS/RTS).
