Foil Fuser / Roll Foiling Machine

Turn machine and roller on using the HEAT and RUN switches located on the right side of the
machine (above power cord).

Adjust the temperature on the HEAT knob located on the right side of the machine on
approximately 285ºF. The actual temperature will be reflected on the LCD read-out on top of the
machine. Note – Do not be concerned if the temperature fluctuates some both before and during
foiling, as this is normal.
Warning – Do not set temperature above 350ºF.

Load foil roll onto the front feed roller bar. Pull out knob located on the left side of machine to
release roller bar. Pull roller bar out. Slide a roll of foil onto the roller and replace roller bar. Pull
approximately 8 inches of foil from roller and feed through unit using a piece of card stock as a
guide until the foil comes through the back of the unit. Make sure foil is fed under the bard below
each roller, front and back.
4.
Slide an empty foil core on the rear take-up roller and tape foil to core with white or uncolored
side facing up.

  • Page 2 Turn rollers on by turning the handle located on the left side of the unit Insert the paper to be foiled through the front of the unit under the foil with the toner facing up. Gently continue feeding the paper through until it comes out the back of the unit. You may feed paper through continuously, however, be careful not to allow one sheet to overlap the toner image of another.
