    Mohu warrants Mohu Channels(“Channels”) hardware against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). If Mohu determines that the Channels’ hardware is defective, Mohu will either repair the unit or replace the unit with either a new or rebuilt Channels, at its option. If the Warranty Period has expired or is otherwise not applicable (see Scope and Limitation on Warranty below), we will return Channels to you.

    Your Mohu Channels is not capable of supporting the weight of common A/V components such as VCRs, DVD players, or A/V receivers Also, avoid stacking your Mohu Channels on top of other electronic components — such as DVD players, A/V receivers — or the vents of your TV.
