I just bought a Dimplex CVL20 heater and I have a small concern. Turn the heater on button on/off works no problem. The 2nd button II works fine no problem, but if I put button II on by it self the fan / heater dont work but if I have the I button on and then put the II button on the fan physically is a bit louder and the heat is hotter. Is this normal ?
