Connecting Power Mains Lead This radio uses a 13A, 2 pin mains power lead (supplied). Plug the mains lead into a suitable mains socket and connect the lead to the mains input on the back of the radio. Batteries This radio uses 4 x 1.5V ‘D’ cell type batteries (not supplied). Do not keep batteries in the radio for long term storage. -

On/Off Turning The Radio On Once the radio has power either supplied by the mains or batteries, the radio is constantly on. Turning The Radio Off The only way to turn the radio off completely is to turn it off at the mains and unplug it or remove the batteries out of the back. -

Tape Mode Recording From The Radio Once the cassette tape is ready and inserted you will need to setup the radio. Make sure the function switch is set to ‘RADIO’ and fully extend the telescopic aerial. Tune the radio into the station you want to record and make sure the signal is as clear as you can get it. -

Tape Mode Recording From A Bluetooth Source Once the cassette tape is ready and inserted you will need to setup the radio. Make sure the function switch is set to ‘ /MUSIC. In this mode you will be able to record from a bluetooth connected device like a smart phone or tablet. -
