    ANC Technology 1.Description This wireless field controller works with ANC Intelligent Controllers of GG-002C-WIFI/3G. Is powered by solar with rechargeable battery, control one moisture sensor, one magnetic valve and one pressure meter/switch for monitoring and reporting valve status. Also function as a relay in the mesh network. 2.

    ANC Technology 2.1 How to install battery 1). Battery specification: Rechargeable Ni-MH AA battery 1.2v*10 2) Suggest to use rechargeable battery with more than 2300mAh. Battery box cover 3). Take out battery box, put Ni-MH AA rechargeable battery 1.2v*10 in, pay attention to +/- sign.

    ANC Technology moisture sensor is been registered, the controller will control valve only. If not setup Dry/Wet control yet, or the setup is not right, there will be a reminder of failure. The system will not working until this setup is been fixed. Push 【Menu】 key into adjusting Dry/Wet control, adjusting them until right.

    ANC Technology Note A: For speed up establishment of wireless mesh network, please follow steps as below: 1. Register all the field controllers first. Then turn off all the field controllers. 2. During search time, the main controller must be in normal work status, not in any programmable menu, ready to pick all field wireless signals.

    ANC Technology from sleep status to total turn off. After been total turn off, the solar panel will still charge the battery as long as there is sun. System will do auto-restart after the battery is recharged back. 7. Manually open/close valves Can manually on/off valves from main controller.

    9.1 How to install Pressure Switch/Pressure Meter 1. If install water pressure switch/meter for the valve, pull out the related pressure switch/meter connector from 1MS1V-Solar. Unscrew the screws. 2. Connect the wire from the pressure switch/meter to the connector, tight up the screw.
  • Page 11 ANC Technology the connection from water. 3. There is pressure switch/meter input beside valve connector for 1MS1V-Solar. Each only work for this valve to check if open/close is normal for this valve. Install one three way connector to the water out pipe as shown at following picture, install the pressure switch/meter to the 3 way connector, so the water pressure switch/meter can detect the water pressure from the valve.
  • Page 12 ANC Technology e, If the valve opens to irrigate normally, but shows “On FAILURE” on controller. Make sure the pressure switch is installed correctly first. Then open the black protective cover on switch, turn and adjustment screw anticlockwise to make the screw comes out some.

    ANC Technology 9.5 Adjust Dry/Wet control level Under 【Set up Sensor】 menu, push 【Browse/Menu】key to choose 【Adjust Control Level】and push 【Enter/Save】key into this setup. Push 【Browse/Menu】 key to choose setup dry control level or wet control level, through 【+ -】keys to adjust dry/wet control level, push 【Enter/Save】key to save.

The suggested registration distance between main controller and field controller is 2m≤X≤500m. 9.6.1 Register Moisture Sensor with Main Controller Under system main menu, choose 【Set up Sensor】, push 【Enter/Save】 key into this setup. Choose 【 Register/Remove】 , push【Enter/Save】 key into register/Remove menu.

  • Page 20 ANC Technology controller shows failure. A：After long time without sun, the battery starts to discharge. The controller first goes to sleep, saving power, in this condition it will beep if a key is pushed, but not operate. If discharge continues, the controller will turn off to save power for automatic recharge.
