- Page 3 INTRODUCTION The Sleek Cheeks is a micro electronic exerciser which has been designed to take the effort out of doing a facial ‘workout’. The beneficial effect will actually firm and tighten facial muscles helping make you look and feel years younger. These facial exercisers work on the simple principle of far- adic muscle stimulation which causes your muscles to contract, at a controllable rate, by electri- cal impulses sent directly to the muscles.

Do not strain them either by exceeding the stated duration or frequency of the treatments, or by setting the control to exceed a gentle movement. Exercise each area in turn for three minutes. Remember to moisten each area and exercise heads before each treatment and most importantly remember to reduce both controls to the lowest position before treatment of each new area.
