Troubleshooting suggestions for WM97+ boilers —
The WM97+ control is able to record information about the boiler's condition at the time of the three previous faults or errors.
This information is available to view in Contractor Menus under "DIAGNOSTICS" by selecting "ERRORS." The control will display
the following information:

Description
Records the number of internal control faults.
Displays the number of ignition attempts in the current
ignition sequence.
Records number of lockouts that required a manual reset
since this count was last cleared.
Records number of lockouts that have automatically reset
since this count was last cleared.
Details of present or last recorded lockout.
Details of boiler during the second oldest lockout still in
memory.
Details of boiler during the oldest lockout still in memory.
1. Scroll down to "DIAGNOSTICS" and press the
enter key (Square Key in center).
2. Scroll down to "ERRORS" and press the enter key
(Square Key in center).
3. Scroll down to "LOCKOUT HISTORY #" and press
the enter key.
4. Scroll to choose the either "MANUAL RESET" or
"AUTO RESET" and press the enter key to display
the fault condition that was recorded.
1. While on the "ERRORS" screen, hold the Left
and Right arrow buttons simultaneously for 7
seconds.
