Step 2. External Drive Installation
The next step is to hook up the DVD+RW/+R External USB 2.0 drive to your
computer. Windows 98 users must run the "External DVD+RW/+R
Driver Installation" from the previous section before proceeding
below.

Power ON your PC.

Plug the power cable into your power outlet, and then into the back of
your DVD+RW/+R External USB 2.0 drive.

Connect the USB cable to the USB 2.0 port on your new controller
card. (USB 2.0 controller card is NOT included with this device)
