    WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS This appliance must be installed, commissioned and serviced by a qualified person in accordance with national and local regulations in force in the country of installation. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person.

Install this appliance on a level, heat resistant surface ensuring all vents are unobstructed. Any partitions, walls or furniture must be of non-combustible material.

    See Fig 2. Pull the wire feed rack (E) forward. Place the crumb tray (F) into the appliance. Hook the toast tray (G) onto the appliance using two screws at the base of the chute. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Only qualified or trained personnel should use this appliance. Connect the appliance to the electricity supply.
  • Page 6 Fig 2 Adjust the temperature and conveyor speed to achieve optimum results for each type of bread used. Best results are obtained by using bread at least one day old. Set the elements to a lower temperature to save energy during quieter periods. To toast single sided products (buns etc.), set the bottom element at a higher temperature than the top element.

    CLEANING Do not use a water jet or steam cleaner, and do not immerse this appliance. Clean all panels with warm water and mild detergent, do not use abrasive materials. Dry with a soft cloth. To cool the appliance quickly, switch off both elements and turn the conveyor to low leaving the fan running.
