Appropriate use VEGABAR 54 is a pressure transmitter for measurement of gauge pressure, absolute pressure and vacuum. You can find detailed information about the area of application in chapter "Product description".     Sealing/Screwing in Use the seal fitting belonging to the instrument, or in case of NPT threaded versions connections, a high-resistance sealing material. → Screw VEGABAR 54 into the welded socket. Tighten the hexagon on the process fitting with a suitable wrench. Wrench size, see chapter "Dimensions". Warning: The housing must not be used to screw the instrument in! Applying tightening force can damage internal parts of the housing.
