R8504614 Move the gear selector lever to its rearmost position. Pull the panel (1) with the boot backwards as far as possible.

Pull the dashboard environment panel downward maintaining the same angle and remove the dashboard environment panel.
Page 14 Installation instructions, accessories Volvo Car Corporation Gothenburg, Sweden Applies to all models: Installing the amplifier Remove the covers (1) for the screws to the right-hand seat. Remove the screws (2) from the seat base. Unplug the connectors under the seat.

If there is a pre-routed cable (2) to the power supply under the right-hand seat, connect it and then skip over steps 14 - 17. If not, connect the cable from the kit for the power supply to the amplifier.
