    IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS The use of attachments other than those supplied by the manufacturer is not recommended. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids. The oil in the fryer will stay hot for some time after it has been switched off. Never attempt to move your fryer until it has completely cooled.

    OPERATION Clean the appliance thoroughly before first use with hot water and a bit of dishwashing liquid. Make sure that the electric part does not come into contact with water. Rinse with clean water and dry the appliance carefully. Filling in Oil or Fat Do not switch on the appliance before you have filled it with oil or fat.

    NOTE: Do not overfill the basket. This will cause a drop of oil temperature and will affect the frying quality. Do not keep the oil at high temperature for long periods of time. This will have an effect on the oil quality. Set the thermostat knob to the lowest temperature while performing different frying cycles.

    MISES EN GARDE IMPORTANTES Il est déconseillé d'utiliser des accessoires autres que ceux fournis par le fabricant. D’extrêmes précautions doivent être prises lors du déplacement d’appareils contenant de l’huile bouillante ou tout autre liquide bouillant. Une fois la friteuse éteinte, l'huile reste chaude pendant une certaine durée. N'essayez en aucun cas de déplacer la friteuse avant qu'elle n'ait complètement refroidi.
  • Page 9 FONCTIONNEMENT Avant d'utiliser l'appareil pour la première fois, lavez-le soigneusement avec de l'eau chaude et un peu de produit de vaisselle. Faites en sorte qu'aucun des composants électriques n'entre en contact avec de l'eau. Rincez l’appareil sous le robinet et séchez-le complètement. Remplissage de la cuve avec l'huile ou la graisse Ne mettez pas l’appareil en marche avant d'avoir rempli la cuve d'huile ou de graisse.

Faites attention à ce que le niveau de l'huile ne monte pas trop près du bord de la cuve une fois le panier abaissé; si c'est le cas, déchargez le panier d'une partie de son contenu. ATTENTION: Évitez de faire descendre le panier trop vite et de mettre des aliments trop humides : l’huile risquerait d’exploser ou de gicler.

    BELANGRIJKE VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES Het gebruik van accessoires die niet aangeraden zijn door de fabrikant is niet aangeraden. Wees extra voorzichtig wanneer U een toestel verplaatst dat hete olie of andere warme vloeistoffen bevat. De olie in de frituurpan zal nog een tijd warm blijven nadat het toestel is uitgeschakeld. Probeer de frituurpan niet te verplaatsen tot deze volledig is afgekoeld.

WAARSCHUWING: Indien U de mand te snel laat zakken of indien U nat voedsel plaatst dan kan de olie exploderen of rondspatten.

    Durante e dopo la frittura Durante la frittura fare sempre attenzione al vapore bollente e a possibili schizzi d'olio. Aprire il coperchio. Estrarre il cestello dal contenitore dell'olio e scuoterlo delicatamente per eliminare i residui d'olio dal cibo. ATTENZIONE: Quando si solleva il coperchio dalla friggitrice possono sfuggire vapore bollente o schizzi d'olio.
