Safety and operating instructions When assembling, starting-up and adjusting the modules, it is necessary to consider the system specific references in the manual instruction. The modules may only be installed and started up by authorized technical personnel. There are only permitted the mounting styles indicated in the quick start guide, which is included each module.

Functional description The WLANIOS module is a 8-port 10/ 100 Base-T Ethernet switch with an additional WLAN port, which was created for the SBL sy- stem. It fits seamlessly into the SBL case, control and quality concept. With the switch up to 7 SBL modules can be controlled via a PC/ laptop.

The wireless functionality is realized by the module WIZ610wi of the company WIZnet Co., Ldt. For detailed and advanced setup please refer to the WIZ610wi User‘s Manual, which can be obtained of the WIZnet company‘s home- page (http://www.wiznet.co.kr).
